Attean Lake Lodge
Attean Lake Lodge is an authentic and idyllic "get away from it all" wilderness resort. Our island location is accessible only by motorboat on a totally undeveloped mountain lake, the lake has many unspoiled sand beaches and is home to loons, eagles, moose, deer, and other wildlife. We have fifteen beautiful and nicely furnished log cottages each with a private bath and fireplace. The lake provides wonderful canoeing, kayaking, sailing, boating and swimming possibilities. We maintain over twenty miles of hiking trails that lead to mountain tops and remote ponds. The atmosphere is very friendly and relaxed, the same family ownership of over one hundred years still welcome fourth and fifth generation returning guests annually.
